DESCRIPTION: The gall mite responsible for this growth creates individual yellowish patches that are noticeable on the upperside of the leaf. Each patch is up to 5mm in diameter and slightly raised with the underside slightly concave and composed of many whitish hairs with rounded tips where the mites actually live. DISTRIBUTION: Common throughout in early summer. HABITAT: On Lime.
